Michael is an accomplished education leader with more than fifteen years’ experience working at every level in schools and local authorities to bring about improvement for students.
He started his career as a secondary school teacher then moved into the specialist field of looked after children’s education and has been a Virtual School Head in two local authorities. He subsequently worked as Senior Teaching Fellow specialising in Inclusion at University College London.
