Emma has worked in education for over ten years. She is the director of a well-established and thriving Educational Psychology Service and has worked with Local Authorities for seven years.
Prior to being awarded a Doctorate in Applied Educational Psychology, Emma worked as a Primary School Teacher, a Nurture Group Teacher and a Montessori Teacher.
